A quiet nudge when Leefy updates under you

If a new version goes live while your tab is open, a small bar offers a reload when you are ready. Nothing reloads on its own.

Trees stay open for hours, and we ship often. Until now a release landing under an open tab could leave it confused until you happened to refresh.

Now the tab notices. A bar at the top says Leefy was updated to r650. Reload when convenient. — with a Reload button and a Not now. Your canvas and anything in progress are yours to finish first; Leefy never reloads the page for you.

Reporting a problem takes less typing

A ticket now carries your app version, the page you were on and references for any recent errors — you no longer have to describe them.

When you open a ticket from Help & support or the Beta feedback button, Leefy attaches what a support person would otherwise ask you for: the version you are on, the page you were looking at, your browser, and a reference for each recent request that failed.

The form says so before you send. Nothing personal rides along beyond what the ticket already has — the references are for our logs, not your content.

If Leefy ever shows an error screen, it now includes a Reference line with a Copy button. Quote it in a ticket and we can find the exact event.

Leefy tells you which version you are on

Settings has an About section with the version you are running and a one-click line to paste into a support ticket.

Open Settings and scroll to About. You will see something like Leefy 1.0 · r643 · 7 Sep 2026.

Copy for support puts a single line on your clipboard — the version, the build and the environment — so that when you report a problem we can see exactly which Leefy you were using without asking.

Every release now has a number like this. When we tell you something is fixed in r650, About is where you check that you have it.
